The Neo-Quenya Wiki suggested ᴺQ. mitsavëo for “micro-organism” as a combination [ᴹQ.] mitsa “small” and vëo “living thing”. Since mitsa was rejected by Tolkien, I would update this word to tittavëo using [ᴹQ.] titta “tiny” instead.
